Jagger and I went to Washington to go to the funeral of good friend. It is still hard to believe she is gone. Our heart goes out to her family. I am so glad for my knowledge of eternal families and my membership in the church. I know that Heather Marchant is in a better place and her family will be blessed with the love of our Savior.

The funeral service was very nice and you know she touched the lives of many by how full to chapel was.
It was nice to get talk about old times and memories we all had with Heather. We all loved her dearly.

2 Hair stylist in our family!

Joel decided that he didn't need the 1500 hours of education to become a hair stylist. I got up at 3:00am to go shopping with Heather. We got home at 1:15pm so I was a little tired so I laid down for a nap, while napping Joel went in the bath room and gave himself a hair cut.(much better than I could of done. haha) John found out when he came to ask if we could go play pool at Gpa Joe and Gma Diane's house. So I guess the scissors go up for now, I thought I had a few more months before the baby proofing needed to be done. Anyways now he wont take his hat off because he knows it looks silly. We are now off to play pool we'll fix the master piece in the morning.

A buzy day!!

Today was the last day of school for the kids before Thanksgiving. They are so excited to have a five day brake. I think that I'm going to go crazy! I guess that's what being a mom is all about.

After the big kids went to school it was time to pay the bills, go to the chiropractor, run errands and do some hair. All this needed to be done by 2:50pm so I could then start getting the kids from school. Needless to say I made my deadline and the kiddos got picked up on time.

Going to the store the week of Thanksgiving is not the smartest, but we all seam to do it. At least that what it seam like when you can't even get down the baking aisle and all the raspberry jello is gone. Strawberry jello will have to do.

After we had a quick dinner of chili cheese dogs it was off to pack meet to see JR get his webelos badged, his arrow of light and cross over to Boy Scouts. It's hard to believe I have a Boy Scout and a Young Women.

Today was great but tomorrow will be better because we get to SLEEP IN!!!

Saturday, November 22, 2008

We had family pictures this morning and when Torrie was showering up stairs water started pouring out of the air vent in my room.John went yelling up the stairs while I went for a pot.The water finally stopped and we got a plumber to come fix the problem.Needless to say pictures turned out great. We got to do them at our house so that was nice.

Now we are getting ready to go to Gma Diane & Gpa Joe's for dinner, a movie and to play pool. The Reed's are going too, so our kids can't wait.

I still need to figure out how to get pictures up, hopefully tomorrow.

Love, Amie

Well I think I just became a blogger. Not sure how to get pictures on it yet, but hopefully I'll figure it out soon.

Today was a long day of waiting for workers to come fix stuff around the house. Lots got done, but one more guy still needs to come tomorrow. Anyways yesterday JR saw a mouse in the kitchen. So we got a trap and this morning we caught a mouse. I hope there aren't any more of them running around.

After the kids got home from school Jake had to go to scouts and Joel went to his friends. JR hung out at home, Torrie had cross country and Jagger had his first big blow out (for his dad).We finally sat down to dinner and had a good visit about our day. Lots of laughing.

I had some hair appointments and them decide to start this blog. Well until next time.
